We use personal information for: providing press release creation and distribution services, AI-powered content generation, translation, and improvement, account management and identity verification, payment processing, responding to inquiries, service improvement and access analysis.

We collect: name, email address, phone number, company name and address, press release content, access logs (IP address, browser information, pages viewed), payment information (processed by Stripe; we do not store card details).

We entrust data processing to: Supabase (database, Tokyo region), Railway (backend server, Singapore), Anthropic (AI processing, USA), Stripe (payment processing, USA), SendGrid (email delivery, USA). Each provider implements appropriate security measures.

Your data may be processed on servers outside Japan (Singapore, USA) to provide our services. Each processing location implements appropriate data protection measures.

You have the right to: request disclosure of your personal data, request correction, addition, or deletion, request suspension of use. Please contact privacy@prplusai.com for these requests.

We implement the following measures to protect personal data: HTTPS encryption for all communications, row-level security (RLS) for database access control, soft delete for safe data management, regular security audits.

Active data: retained as long as your account exists. Access logs: retained for 90 days. After account deletion: data is anonymized.

We use cookies set by Supabase Auth for authentication management. These cookies are necessary for using the service; disabling them will prevent login.

We will notify you of changes to this policy on this page and via email. For significant changes, we will provide at least 30 days notice.
