Terms of Service

"Service" refers to the press release creation and distribution platform "PR plus AI" operated by PR plus AI Inc. ("Company"). "User" refers to anyone who registers for and uses the Service. "Content" refers to press releases and related information created, edited, and published through the Service.

Users agree to these terms when using the Service. Users must provide accurate information and promptly update their registration information if any changes occur.

AI-generated content is for reference only. Please verify the accuracy of content before publishing. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of AI-generated content. Users are responsible for reviewing and correcting content before publication. The Company is not liable for any damages arising from AI-generated content.

Intellectual property rights for content created by users belong to the users. However, users grant the Company a non-exclusive right to use the content as necessary for providing and improving the Service.

The Service offers a free plan and a paid plan (Standard Plan: ¥30,000 per release). Payments for the paid plan are processed through Stripe. Cancellations and refunds after payment completion are generally not accepted.

Users must not engage in: activities that violate laws, posting false information, activities that infringe on third-party rights, activities that interfere with the operation of the Service, unauthorized access or attempts thereof.

The Company may change, suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice. The Company is not responsible for any damages resulting from such changes.

The Company is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence by the Company.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
